Bolshikho — Account & Data Deletion

1. App and developer details

This page explains how to delete the data associated with your use of the Bolshikho Android application. It is public: you do not need to install the app, create anything or sign in to read it, and nothing on this page is hidden behind a banner or an interstitial.

2. There is no account to delete

Bolshikho has no registration and no profile. We do not hold your name, email address, phone number or location, because the app never asks for them and never collects them.

That leaves only two kinds of data, and this page covers both:

• Your learning data — lessons completed, vocabulary practised, quiz scores and progress. This is stored only on your own device. You erase it yourself using Method 1, and it is gone the moment you do.
• Anonymous analytics and crash records — technical data such as device model, Android version, app version, anonymous usage counts and crash logs, held by our analytics providers. You can ask us to delete these using Method 2.

3. Method 1 — remove your data from the device

Everything Bolshikho stores about your learning lives in the app's private storage on your phone. You can erase all of it yourself, immediately, without contacting us and without waiting for anything. Either option below works.

Option A — uninstall the app

Uninstalling removes the app together with all of its stored data.

1. Press and hold the Bolshikho icon on your home screen or in the app drawer.
2. Tap Uninstall, then confirm.
3. Alternatively: open Settings → Apps → Bolshikho → Uninstall.

Option B — clear the app's data but keep the app

Use this if you want a completely fresh start without removing the app.

1. Open Settings on your Android device.
2. Tap Apps (on some devices, Apps & notifications → See all apps).
3. Find and tap Bolshikho.
4. Tap Storage (or Storage & cache).
5. Tap Clear Data (sometimes labelled Clear Storage), then confirm.

Menu wording varies slightly between manufacturers — Samsung, Xiaomi, Realme, OnePlus and others each phrase these screens a little differently — but the sequence is the same on every Android device.

4. Method 2 — request deletion of analytics data

The anonymous analytics and crash records described in the privacy policy sit with our providers rather than on your device, so you cannot clear them from the phone. Email us and we will have them deleted.

Send your request to support@appmediaindia.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request — Bolshikho”.

Because these records carry no name, email address or phone number, we need a few technical details to find the entries that relate to your device. Please include:

• your device manufacturer and model (for example, “Samsung Galaxy M14”);
• your Android version, if you know it;
• the approximate date you first used the app, and roughly when you last used it;
• the country you were using it in.

The button below opens your email app with the subject line and a template already filled in. Just complete the blanks and send it.

Open a pre-filled deletion request

If your device has no email app set up, write to support@appmediaindia.com from any email account instead, using the same subject line and details.

5. What is deleted and what is retained

This table lists every category of data connected with Bolshikho, what happens to it when you make a deletion request, and how long anything retained is kept.

6. How long it takes

Deletion you carry out yourself under Method 1 is immediate. For a request sent to us under Method 2, this is our commitment:

If we need more information from you to locate the records, we will ask within the acknowledgement, and the 30 days run from the point we have what we need. If anything is likely to take longer than 30 days, we will write and tell you why before that deadline passes.

There is no charge for a deletion request, and making one does not affect your ability to keep using Bolshikho.

7. What deletion means

In practice that means:

• Your learning progress is gone. Lessons you completed will show as not started, and quiz history and streaks are cleared. If you continue using the app you begin again from the start.
• There is no backup, no archive and no recycle bin. Because progress is never uploaded, no copy exists anywhere for us to restore from.
• Deletion does not undo any advertisement you saw or any data Google already processed under its own policies; it removes the records held for us.
• You are welcome to keep using Bolshikho afterwards, or to reinstall it later. It will simply behave as it does for a brand-new user.

If you are unsure, consider whether you want to note your progress somewhere first. We cannot reverse a deletion once it is done.

8. Questions

If anything on this page is unclear, or a step does not look like your phone's menus, write to us and we will talk you through it.

You may also raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer at the same address — see section 15 of the Bolshikho Privacy Policy. We acknowledge grievances within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
